The Washington School Boards' Educational Foundation (A Washington Nonprofit Corporation) was incorporated in October 1986. The Corporation, which does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise, to its members, is formed exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and shall have such powers as are granted to nonprofit corporations by the laws of the State of Washington.
The Washington School Boards' Educational Foundation Board of Directors is dedicated to supporting quality leadership training for School Board Directors, within our state, that will enhance public educational programs within our school districts.
